We Buy Any Shower: from one long Wix form to a 4-step trade-in app
We Buy Any Shower is a small Cornish business that buys used and new showers and sells new ones. We rebuilt its website, built a trade-in app that works out an offer on screen, and put together the price list the offers come from.

The business and the problem
Selling a shower meant filling in a long form, then waiting
The old site was built on Wix. To sell a shower, customers filled in one long form called “You & Your Shower”: 13 boxes and 3 tick boxes on a single page.
Every “If New…” and “If Used…” question was shown at once, whatever the shower was.
“Is the shower New or Used?” was a plain text box, not a choice.
The PayPal and bank payment options were tick boxes, so both could be ticked.
No price was shown. The site said: “We will send you a offer by email, hit reply fill in your payment details and send.”
That meant every offer was worked out by hand, and customers left the site without knowing what their shower was worth. Payment details came back by email reply in plain text.
The site was also split across older names and had leftover template content, so the first job was to bring it together as one business: We Buy Any Shower.

What we built
A new site, a trade-in app and the price list behind it
A new website in its own colours
A fresh site for We Buy Any Shower, built on Cloudflare. It keeps the business’s own scheme of Midnight Navy and Vibrant Orange, with Home, Contractors, About and Shop pages and the trade-in and shop terms.
“You & Your Shower”: a 4-step app
Shower: the customer types the make and model (suggestions appear as they type), then picks new or used and its condition, and can add photos. Only the questions that apply are shown. The app makes clear that only working showers are bought.
Offer: if the model is in the price list, the offer is shown on screen straight away, with the price when new. If it isn’t, the app says the offer will follow by email. It never guesses a price. Customers can also email the offer to themselves from their own email app.
Your details: one choice of how to be paid (bank transfer, PayPal or money off a new shower from the shop), then name, email and address, with a free prepaid postage label.
Slip: a reference number and a printable packing slip.
Every offer is confirmed when the shower arrives and is inspected.
A price list of 543 showers
We researched the new price of 543 showers across 19 brands from UK retailers and manufacturers, and recorded where each price came from. Every price was checked on 29 October 2026.
The list is kept up to date. The business can update it itself as a simple spreadsheet, and for now I-OSCC keeps it up to date as part of our ongoing service. The site doesn’t search the web live, so offers always come from prices that have been checked.
A shop linked to the trade-in
A small shop of new Mira showers with a basket and online payment: PayPal or card, with bank transfer as another option. If a customer chooses money off a new shower instead of cash, they get a single-use shop code, and once their reference is confirmed the discount can be carried into the basket.
A Contractors page explains the trade account for bathroom contractors and housing associations, and a Used showers page links to the business’s eBay shop, where tested working showers are resold.
