- Custom apps (Instant Quote Calculator, Booking Set-up, Automated Enquiry Assistant) are available on Care Plans only, as they need ongoing monitoring and updates.
Paying and leaving
Payment method: One-off build payments (50% deposit to start, 50% on preview sign-off before go-live or handover) are paid by Tide invoice payment link (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or bank transfer. Monthly Care Plans are collected by GoCardless Direct Debit on the 1st of the month; the active Direct Debit mandate and final 50% build balance must be in place on preview sign-off, before DNS changes and go-live.
Minimum term and notice period: Care plans run for an initial 6-month minimum term, then continue month to month on 30 days’ written notice. When your plan ends and all invoices are settled, we hand over your domain and site files within 14 days. See our client terms for full details.
This website does not take card payments directly online.
Work outside your plan
Unused monthly update time does not roll over. Larger changes or extra pages outside your monthly allowance are quoted first and only go ahead once you agree in writing. Extra work rate: £60 per hour (billed in 30-minute blocks, always agreed in writing first, no VAT added).
